Amber + Jason

It is tough to top a wedding family repeat. Many moons ago we filmed Amber’s sister’s wedding and we were so glad that we got to film Amber and Jason! These two are all in we couldn’t be happier to see two amazing people find each other. Both are very sharp witted and had us laughing the entire day and both are down for a good time. Brenden + Chandler

When my wife told me there was going to be fireworks, I had no idea the order of magnitude Chandler was going to bring. From the moment we arrived at Southwind Hills, we could tell that this was going to be one of our favorite couples. They both clearly care for each other and have a contagious humor about them that had all of us laughing throughout the day. We also got to shoot with the ever so talented Allison Taylor which just makes the day all the better. From barbichuate jokes to start to a chemical light show finish, this really was an amazing day. Hayley + Matt

What a day these two had?! Sometimes the groom is a little hesitant to get out on the dance floor but Matt and Hayley rocked the place! From air guitaring to Journey to belting notes from The Greatest Showman, these two had an incredible night. We also got to shoot with one of our favorite photographers Sarah Libby at the always beautiful Coles Garden. Enjoy!

Shelby + Cory

What a way to kick off 2018! That is an excited 2018, not the factorial......anywho! I had such a good time filming these two. They are both so sweet and clearly care for each other so much. Shelby's dad came through with an excellent speech, and I got to work with the fantastic Magnolia Adams Photography which is always a pleasure. Enjoy!

Lauren + Kyle

We are wrapping up our last weddings of 2017! These two are absolutely adorable and we had such a fun time capturing the giddy energy they have for each other. Also, Kyle is a PHENOMENAL dancer! Lauren glipsed him for just a moment and walked over to me and said, "Oh this guy can dance." With slick moves on the floor and an appearance from Santa, this made for a fantastic day!

Jordan + Jeff

With 2018 here is full force, we are finishing up the last of our 2017 weddings! These two got hitched at the Waterford which is where Lauren and I celebrated our wedding! Jordan and Jeff are a fantastic couple with great friends and awesome families that made the day so much fun! The day was made all the better by Leslie Herring Events, she is so great and makes sure all her brides, grooms, vendors, really everyone are happy and taken care of! Jordan and Jeff, we are so happy for you two and thank you for choosing us to capture your wedding!

McKinlee + Adam

What a darling pair these two make! Seeing a family start brings us such joy and the look on Adam's daughter's face when she sees McKinlee in her dress is just the best! This was our first time shooting at the McGranahan Barn and it was just perfect! As some of you know, my wife has a borderline weird love for clouds...yes clouds...and to quote her, "Oh great clouds today!" We did just beat the storm that night and the two had the most epic sparkler exit to date with lightening cracking as they emerged (it was slightly terrifying but awesome!). Even though it was our first time working with photographer Morgan Gauntt, we had to get pretty close to stay dry under our solo umbrella!

Madison + Steven

Another fantastic couple! We were lucky enough to film Madison and Steven's story of how they met! It really makes the day so much more special when you have gotten to know their story and seen all their baby pictures too! It was a little rainy at Southwind Hills but that did not slow these two down at all. Fabulous dancing, a wheel barrow bridenapping, and a younger brother's toast that made this big brother's eyes a wee bit misty. Plus, half of this crew had an outstanding Michigander accent which just makes the day all the better. Thank you both so much for choosing us to film your wedding!

It is such a great experience to film a couple that loves each other the way these two do! Getting to hear how they met makes the ceremony all the more meaningful knowing the stars aligned for these two! Such a fantastic couple with a great sense of humor, great friends and family, and clearly a lot of love for each other. I love getting to film with Josh McCullock who was our wedding photographer nearly eight years ago. Everything really came together perfectly and I don't know many other brides that could have had the fleet of meteorologists on call giving her updates on the storm which JUST missed us! It was such an amazing night and we are so thankful they chose us. Enjoy!

Another fabulous Enid, Oklahoma wedding video in the books! One of the best moments we get to capture are Father's and Groom's seeing the Bride for the first time in her dress. This day had two of the most genuine and emotional first looks we have seen to date! Macy and Brandon also wrote their own vows and Pistol Pete made an appearance! I also can't thank enough past brides that recommend us as we saw a few at this wedding!

What a wedding! And proof It is such a small world! When she booked, Jennifer's parents lived right across the street from us. One night we came home to a lot of cars on our street.  We saw these love birds, all smiles, walking up to the house for their surprise engagement party! It was an "awe" moment for sure.   

So we were super thrilled when she booked!  It felt like it was coming full circle.  And we always love working with the very talented photographer Randy Coleman---and shooting a new location, Broken Horn Ranch. When Randy first walked up on the day we both eyed the pecan orchard...grove? Not sure about the nomenclature...but it made for some amazing footage and photos! I am so excited to work on a wedding when toasts are given that are genuine and from the heart. Jennifer's little sister gave one of the best I've heard, and it really struck a chord for this older sibling. Enjoy!

Madison + Steve Our Story

There is something about interviewing the couple beforehand that makes the day of the wedding something really special. We always try to meet with our clients before weddings, but this is mostly a logistics meeting (something my wife handles brilliantly). Nailing down the arrival time, important family members (or ones to avoid), and maybe music preferences. When I shoot an Our Story, it is done at our home, maybe after a beer (except for these two because it was at 9:00 in the morning!), and I really get to know each person. The questions are never the same because everyone's story is different. And as we progress, I get to see what makes this couple work, how comfortable they are on camera, and what I can do to ease any apprehension about being on camera so that their true selves shine!

So much of what we shoot the day of is not staged or posed. Our goal is to capture a real feeling. One of our favorite pictures from our wedding shot by the amazingly talented Josh McCullock is just after the ceremony, when we think no one is watching, and we are looking at each other with such shock and giddiness at the fact we just got married. THAT is our goal. For you to be able to look back and watch your video, and remember how YOU felt. That doesn't happen when you are uncomfortable with your videographer. Those moments happen when you forget we are even there. That's what happens after shooting an Our Story.
